Welcome to FreeQuotes.ae, owned and operated by Free Quotes Portal L.L.C ("the Company"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including our website and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

FreeQuotes.ae operates as a marketplace connecting customers seeking services with independent service providers. We do not provide services directly and are not a party to any agreement between customers and providers.

"Platform" refers to the FreeQuotes.ae website, applications, and all associated services.

"Customer" refers to any user who posts a job or service request on the Platform.

"Provider" refers to any registered service professional who offers quotes and services through the Platform.

"Credits" refers to the virtual currency used by Providers to unlock and respond to customer leads.

"Content" refers to any information, text, images, or other materials uploaded to or displayed on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

You must not transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Customers must provide accurate and complete information when posting a job request, including a clear description of the work required, the location, and any relevant details.

Customers are responsible for evaluating providers and making their own hiring decisions. FreeQuotes.ae does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

Customers must communicate respectfully with providers and honour any agreements made through the Platform.

Payment for services is made directly between the customer and the chosen provider. FreeQuotes.ae is not responsible for payment disputes.

Providers must maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles, including valid trade licences, certifications, and insurance where required by UAE law.

Providers must respond to leads promptly and professionally, providing honest and competitive quotes.

Providers are solely responsible for the quality of their work and must comply with all applicable regulations and industry standards in the UAE.

Providers must not engage in spam, harassment, or misleading practices when communicating with customers.

Providers purchase credits to unlock customer leads. Credit packages and pricing are displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time.

Credits are non-refundable once used to unlock a lead, except where a lead is cancelled by the customer before any provider is selected or where the lead is found to be invalid.

All credit purchases are subject to applicable VAT as required by UAE tax regulations.

FreeQuotes.ae reserves the right to modify credit pricing and packages with reasonable notice to providers.

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of FreeQuotes.ae or its licensors and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant FreeQuotes.ae a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

FreeQuotes.ae acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee any outcomes from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, FreeQuotes.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

FreeQuotes.ae does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any service advertised or offered by providers through the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to FreeQuotes.ae in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

FreeQuotes.ae, owned and operated by Free Quotes Portal L.L.C (“FreeQuotes”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operates an online marketplace and lead-generation platform in the United Arab Emirates.

The Platform is designed to connect individuals and businesses seeking services (“Customers”) with independent third-party businesses, contractors and service providers (“Providers”).

FreeQuotes is a marketplace and connection platform only.

FreeQuotes does not itself provide, perform, supervise or manage the services requested by Customers.

Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, franchisees or subcontractors of FreeQuotes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FreeQuotes does not become a party to any contract, quotation, transaction or agreement entered into between a Customer and Provider.

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Applicable UAE Law.

By registering for or using FreeQuotes, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You have authority to create and use the relevant account
• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Your use of FreeQuotes will comply with Applicable UAE Law

Providers must also have the legal authority and any required licences, permits or approvals necessary to conduct their business and provide their services in the UAE.

Customers may use FreeQuotes to submit requests for services and receive contact, interest or quotations from Providers.

Customers agree to provide accurate information about their service requirements.

Customers must not:

• Submit deliberately false or misleading requests
• Create fake jobs
• Impersonate another person
• Submit requests for unlawful services
• Use FreeQuotes to harass Providers
• Attempt to defraud FreeQuotes or Providers
• Misuse Provider contact information
• Otherwise use the Platform in breach of Applicable UAE Law

FreeQuotes may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts reasonably believed to be misusing the Platform.

Providers may register with FreeQuotes to access potential Customer opportunities.

FreeQuotes may request information including:

• Business name
• Contact person’s name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• UAE trade licence
• Trade licence number
• Trade licence expiry date
• Business address
• Service areas
• Services and categories offered
• Company description
• Company logo
• Photographs of previous work
• Certificates
• Insurance documentation where applicable

Providers are responsible for ensuring all information and documentation submitted to FreeQuotes remains accurate, genuine, valid and current.

Each Provider is independently responsible for ensuring that its business and services comply with Applicable UAE Law and the requirements of relevant UAE federal, emirate-level, municipal, licensing and regulatory authorities.

Providers are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary:

• Trade licences
• Professional licences
• Permits
• Regulatory approvals
• Registrations
• Certificates
• Qualifications
• Insurance policies

The ability to register with FreeQuotes or appear on the Platform does not constitute confirmation or a guarantee by FreeQuotes that a Provider is legally authorised or qualified to perform every service it advertises.

FreeQuotes operates solely as an online marketplace and lead-generation platform facilitating connections between Customers and independent Providers.

FreeQuotes does not:

• Perform the services
• Employ the Providers
• Control how Providers perform their work
• Supervise Providers
• Determine the final price charged for services
• Guarantee Provider performance
• Guarantee workmanship
• Guarantee completion of services
• Guarantee Customer satisfaction
• Guarantee Provider suitability
• Guarantee that a Provider will comply with Applicable UAE Law
• Become a party to the service agreement between the Customer and Provider

Any decision by a Customer to engage a Provider is made independently by the Customer.

Any contract for services is entered into directly between the Customer and Provider.

When a Customer submits a service request, FreeQuotes may distribute or make that request available to one or more potentially relevant Providers.

A service request or “lead” represents a potential business opportunity only.

FreeQuotes does not guarantee that:

• The Customer will respond
• The Customer will answer calls or messages
• The Customer will accept a quotation
• The Customer will proceed with the job
• The Provider will win the job
• The Customer will select any Provider
• The information supplied by the Customer will be complete in every respect
• The estimated value of the job will be accurate
• The lead will generate revenue for the Provider

Providers purchase access to potential opportunities, not guaranteed jobs.

Unless expressly identified as exclusive, Customer leads may be made available to multiple Providers.

Purchasing or accessing a lead does not provide a Provider with exclusivity.

Other Providers may receive the same opportunity and may contact or quote the same Customer.

FreeQuotes may determine or limit how many Providers may access particular leads.

FreeQuotes may operate a credit-based system through which Providers purchase credits and use those credits to access Customer leads or other Platform features.

The number of credits required to access a lead may vary.

FreeQuotes may consider factors including:

• Service category
• Location
• Estimated job value
• Demand
• Competition
• Lead availability
• Other commercial factors

FreeQuotes may change future credit package pricing and lead credit requirements from time to time in accordance with Applicable UAE Law.

Providers may purchase credits through payment methods made available by FreeQuotes.

The price and number of credits included in each package will be displayed before purchase.

Different packages, prices, promotions or purchasing options may be offered through different platforms, including the FreeQuotes website, Apple iOS application and Android application, subject to Applicable UAE Law and applicable app-store requirements.

FreeQuotes credits:

• Are intended solely for use within FreeQuotes
• Have no cash value outside the Platform
• Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred between accounts unless FreeQuotes expressly permits it
• May only be used for eligible FreeQuotes products or services

Credits do not constitute money being held by FreeQuotes on behalf of the Provider.

Except where otherwise required under Applicable UAE Law, credit purchases are generally final once credits have been used to access leads or other Platform services.

FreeQuotes is not required to return credits merely because:

• The Customer does not answer
• The Customer does not respond
• The Customer changes their mind
• The Provider does not win the job
• Another Provider wins the job
• The Provider’s quotation is rejected
• The Provider decides not to pursue the job
• The Customer chooses not to hire anyone
• The job is worth less than anticipated

FreeQuotes may investigate genuinely invalid leads, duplicate charges, technical errors or exceptional circumstances and may issue replacement credits or another remedy where FreeQuotes considers it appropriate or where required under Applicable UAE Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Applicable UAE Law.

FreeQuotes aims to connect Providers with potential Customers but cannot guarantee the commercial outcome of any lead.

FreeQuotes does not guarantee:

• A particular number of leads
• A particular number of jobs
• Lead conversion rates
• Revenue
• Profitability
• Business growth
• Customer responsiveness
• Return on credits purchased

Providers are responsible for deciding which opportunities they wish to pursue and how much they wish to spend through FreeQuotes.

Providers are solely responsible for preparing and issuing their quotations.

FreeQuotes does not determine or approve the final price of services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing quotations and agreeing to the price, scope of work and other terms before engaging a Provider.

Any quotation, estimate, scope of work, service contract, guarantee or warranty is between the Customer and Provider.

Unless FreeQuotes expressly introduces and identifies a separate payment service, payments for services performed by Providers occur directly between Customers and Providers.

FreeQuotes is not responsible for:

• Deposits
• Final payments
• Unpaid invoices
• Payment schedules
• Refunds
• Cash payments
• Bank transfers
• Card payments made directly to Providers
• Chargebacks
• Payment disputes
• Overpayments
• Non-payment
• Lost deposits
• Other amounts owed between Customers and Providers

Customers and Providers are responsible for agreeing between themselves on pricing, payment methods, payment schedules, deposits and refund arrangements.

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, FreeQuotes shall not be liable for financial disputes arising directly between Customers and Providers.

Providers are solely responsible for the quality, legality, safety and completion of their services.

FreeQuotes does not supervise Provider work and does not guarantee workmanship.

Any warranty or guarantee concerning services performed must be provided directly by the Provider unless FreeQuotes expressly states otherwise.

Any disagreement regarding workmanship, completion, delays or the quality of services is primarily a matter between the Customer and Provider.

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, FreeQuotes shall not be responsible or liable for loss, damage, injury, expense or claims resulting from services, transactions or interactions between Customers and Providers.

This includes, without limitation:

• Damage to homes
• Damage to commercial premises
• Vehicle damage
• Damage to furniture or belongings
• Defective workmanship
• Incomplete work
• Delayed work
• Personal injury
• Accidents
• Theft
• Fraud
• Negligence
• Misconduct
• Lost deposits
• Non-payment
• Refund disputes
• Financial loss
• Breach of contract
• Other disputes arising from services performed by a Provider

Customers and Providers are responsible for resolving claims arising from their direct dealings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under Applicable UAE Law.

FreeQuotes may display information concerning Providers, including:

• Trade licence details
• Certificates
• Insurance information
• Photographs
• Business information
• Ratings
• Reviews
• Other credentials

FreeQuotes may undertake certain verification procedures.

However, unless expressly stated otherwise, displaying Provider information, documentation, verification indicators or badges does not constitute a guarantee, warranty or endorsement by FreeQuotes.

Customers should undertake any additional checks they consider necessary before engaging a Provider.

Customers remain responsible for deciding whether a Provider is suitable for their requirements.

Where appropriate, Customers should consider checking:

• Trade licence status
• Qualifications
• Experience
• Insurance
• References
• Reviews
• Written quotations
• Scope of work
• Warranties
• Payment terms

The Customer makes the ultimate decision regarding which Provider to engage.

FreeQuotes may permit Customers to leave ratings or reviews regarding Providers.

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences.

Users must not submit reviews that are knowingly false, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or deliberately misleading.

FreeQuotes may investigate, moderate, restrict or remove content where appropriate under these Terms or Applicable UAE Law.

FreeQuotes does not guarantee the accuracy of every review submitted by users.

Customers and Providers may communicate using telephone, email, WhatsApp, FreeQuotes messaging functionality or other communication methods.

Once contact details have legitimately been obtained through FreeQuotes, communications relating to the requested service may take place outside the Platform.

Users must not use information obtained through FreeQuotes for:

• Spam
• Unrelated marketing
• Harassment
• Fraudulent activity
• Purposes prohibited under Applicable UAE Law

Any dispute concerning:

• Services
• Payments
• Deposits
• Refunds
• Quotations
• Workmanship
• Property damage
• Personal injury
• Delays
• Incomplete work
• Warranties
• Contracts
• Any other matter arising from the Customer-Provider relationship

is primarily a dispute between the Customer and Provider.

FreeQuotes may, at its discretion, assist with communication between the parties or provide available Platform information where appropriate and permitted under Applicable UAE Law.

However, FreeQuotes is not obligated to act as an arbitrator, mediator, insurer, guarantor or compensation provider.

Users must not manipulate, abuse or misuse FreeQuotes.

Prohibited activity includes:

• Creating fake jobs
• Creating fraudulent accounts
• Manipulating reviews
• Providing fraudulent documents
• Obtaining leads through unauthorised methods
• Attempting to access another user’s account
• Scraping Platform data without permission
• Abusing promotional offers or credits
• Fraudulent payment activity
• Introducing malware
• Attempting to interfere with Platform security
• Harassing Customers or Providers
• Using FreeQuotes for unlawful purposes

FreeQuotes may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Where appropriate, suspected unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.

FreeQuotes may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary, including where:

• These Terms are breached
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• False information or documents are supplied
• Payment abuse occurs
• Users are threatened or harassed
• Platform security is threatened
• A Provider may be operating unlawfully
• FreeQuotes reasonably considers the account harmful to other users
• FreeQuotes is required to act under Applicable UAE Law or by a competent UAE authority

Where appropriate and legally permissible, FreeQuotes may investigate before taking action.

FreeQuotes may offer promotional credits, discounts, introductory offers or other promotions.

Promotions may be subject to separate:

• Eligibility requirements
• Expiry dates
• Usage limitations
• Promotional terms

To the extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, promotional credits have no cash value and may expire according to the applicable promotion.

FreeQuotes aims to provide reliable access to its Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may temporarily become unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Upgrades
• Technical failures
• Telecommunications failures
• Third-party services
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Circumstances outside FreeQuotes’ reasonable control

FreeQuotes may develop, modify or improve the Platform over time.

Changes may include:

• Adding or removing categories
• Introducing new services
• Changing lead distribution
• Changing future credit packages
• Changing lead pricing
• Modifying Provider features
• Modifying Customer features
• Introducing promotions
• Changing Platform functionality

Material changes affecting existing user rights will be handled in accordance with Applicable UAE Law.

The FreeQuotes name, FreeQuotes.ae domain, logos, branding, Platform design, software, graphics, text and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Free Quotes Portal L.L.C and are protected by Applicable UAE Law and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit FreeQuotes intellectual property without prior written permission.

Users may upload content including:

• Logos
• Photographs
• Business descriptions
• Reviews
• Certificates
• Documents
• Other information

Users remain responsible for content they upload.

By uploading content, users grant FreeQuotes a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, market, maintain and improve FreeQuotes.

Users confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions for content they upload.

FreeQuotes will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Applicable UAE Law relating to privacy and personal data protection.

Customers acknowledge that information reasonably necessary to facilitate a service request may be shared with relevant Providers.

This may include information necessary for Providers to understand, quote for and contact the Customer regarding the requested service.

Providers must use Customer information obtained through FreeQuotes only for legitimate purposes connected with relevant service requests and in accordance with Applicable UAE Law.

FreeQuotes may rely on third-party services including:

• Payment processors
• Hosting providers
• Cloud infrastructure
• Mapping providers
• Communications services
• Analytics providers
• Apple
• Google
• Other technology providers

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, FreeQuotes is not responsible for failures caused solely by independent third-party services outside FreeQuotes’ reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, FreeQuotes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic losses arising from transactions or interactions between Customers and Providers.

FreeQuotes’ role is limited to operating the marketplace and facilitating connections between Customers and independent Providers.

FreeQuotes does not accept responsibility for the independent acts or omissions of Customers or Providers to the extent such responsibility may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any liability, obligation, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Applicable UAE Law.

Nothing contained in these Terms creates an:

• Employment relationship
• Partnership
• Joint venture
• Franchise
• Agency relationship
• Subcontracting relationship

between FreeQuotes and any Provider.

Providers operate independent businesses.

Providers have no authority to enter into agreements or obligations on behalf of FreeQuotes.

To the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law, users agree to indemnify and hold FreeQuotes harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Their unlawful use of FreeQuotes
• Their breach of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Fraudulent activity
• Unlawful content
• Services they directly provide or contract for
• Their breach of Applicable UAE Law

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under Applicable UAE Law, including applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of UAE law, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

FreeQuotes may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the Platform
• New features
• Commercial changes
• Regulatory requirements
• Changes in Applicable UAE Law

Where required under Applicable UAE Law, users will be notified of material changes.

Continued use of FreeQuotes after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent UAE court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law.

These Terms, together with the FreeQuotes Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular FreeQuotes products, promotions or services, constitute the agreement between the user and FreeQuotes regarding use of the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations in force in the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction, consumer protection or dispute-resolution requirements under Applicable UAE Law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of FreeQuotes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with a mandatory provision of Applicable UAE Law, the mandatory provision of UAE law shall prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

The remainder of these Terms shall continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted under Applicable UAE Law.
